Mother of the oppressed and those who have disappeared,
Help of the exploited,
Consoler of the victims of unbridled capitalism,
Refuge of the forgotten in wealthy nations,
Hope of those in shelters,
Stare of the outcast and the victims of racism,
Eye that never sleeps,
Indestructible wall against heresy,
Mother and Help of the wayward,
Queen of the afflicted,
Redemptress of the repudiated,
Help of Christians,
Queen of Confessors,
Queen of Apostles,
Queen of Martyrs,

Through the blood of Martyrs,
Lord, give your Church freedom, unity and peace.
Through the exile of confessors,
Through the chains of the imprisoned,
Through the violence done to the innocent,
Through the tears of the persecuted,
Through the trials against your saints,
Through the defamations uttered against your Vicar,
Through the insults against bishops,
Through the slander against priests and religious,
Through the accusations against your Bride,
Through the torture accepted for your glory,
Through locked and destroyed churches,
Through plundered altars,
Through moral restrictions and forced confessions.

From the hatred of apostles,
Lord, free your Church.
From the terrorism of atheists,
From the error of materialism,
From classism and racism,
From all slavery,
From false prophets,
From the poison that invades peoples minds,
From sacrilege against Consecrated persons,
From atheistic education,
From war against religion,
From deprivation of freedom,
From our indifference,
From confusion of ideas.

For all who are persecutors,
Lord, hear our prayer.
For all who have betrayed you,
For all who are deceived by error,
For all who blaspheme you,
For all who have no faith in you,
For all who do not love you,
For those who do not pray,
For the new Judas',
For our apostles who have abandoned you,
For those who are weak in professing their Faith,
For the indifference toward the suffering,
For an end to all persecution,
For Christian unity,
For world peace.
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,
Spare us, Lord.

V. We fly to your protection, O holy Mother of God.
R. Despise not our petitions in our necessity, but deliver us from all evil, O glorious and blessed Virgin Mary.
V. Let us pray: God our Father, in your mysterious providence, your Church must share in the sufferings of Christ your Son. Give the spirit of patience and love to those who are persecuted for their Faith in you, that they may always be true and faithful witnesses to your promise of eternal life. We ask this through Christ our Lord. R. Amen.
